Programme Introduction
Schools play an important role in recognising when a child or young person may need additional support. Through a partnership with Hiba by Anthalora, schools can access multidisciplinary expertise across psychology, psychiatry, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, mental health nursing and education.
Each partnership is shaped around the school's requirements, whether support is needed for individual pupils, a defined pupil group or the wider school community.

How the Partnership Works
This should use a dedicated School Partnership Pathway, not the homepage Clinical Care Journey. The partnership begins with the school and includes additional consent, information-sharing and planning stages.
We meet with your school to understand its priorities, current provision and areas where additional specialist input may be helpful.
We develop a tailored plan around each school's priorities, pupils and existing provision, from individual support to staff guidance and wider programmes.
An agreed referral process is established. Appropriate parent or caregiver consent, safeguarding procedures and information-sharing arrangements must be in place before individual pupil support begins.
Relevant professionals provide the agreed assessment, consultation, intervention or educational input.
Progress and provision are reviewed with the appropriate professionals, family members and school representatives in line with consent and confidentiality requirements.
Recommendations may include continuing, adapting or stepping down support, or signposting to another appropriate service.

Multidisciplinary Support
A child's needs may affect different areas of their school experience, including learning, communication, emotional wellbeing, sensory regulation, behaviour and attendance.
Our multidisciplinary model allows relevant specialists to develop a coordinated understanding of each pupil's needs while considering their family circumstances and educational environment.
Depending on the support required, input may be provided by psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, mental health nurses and educational specialists.

Why Partner With Hiba by Anthalora?
A school partnership provides access to multidisciplinary expertise and a clear route for professional consultation, referrals and coordinated support.
Hiba by Anthalora works with the school's existing teams rather than replacing their provision. The partnership can help connect families, educators and relevant clinicians, establish suitable next steps and provide structured reviews as pupils' needs change.

Safeguarding and Confidentiality
All school partnership services are delivered in line with relevant safeguarding, consent, confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
Information is shared only with appropriate consent and where it is relevant to the pupil's support. Clear responsibilities, referral procedures and information-sharing arrangements will be agreed with the school before services begin.
Identifiable pupil or clinical information should only be submitted through the appropriate secure referral pathway
The Clinical Pathway
Every family receives a clear and structured journey, from the first referral through to personalised intervention and ongoing progress reviews.
